Molecules that cannot be easily transported through plants can do so when filled into AnnGro sponges. This is because the plant membrane does not see the packaged molecule inside the sponge. It can only see the AnnGro sponge.

AnnGro is used to improve the uptake of ComCat. It is also used to increase the uptake of fertilizers and some pesticides, agrochemicals, fungicides and herbicides when applied as a foliar fertilizer.
